Here at The Knit Lounge we strive to make your crafting experience as easy as possible and offer some in store services to help you cast on as soon as possible!

Ball Winding - We have an electric ball winder here in the shop that makes turning your skeins into balls a breeze. Just ask at the till! This service is free.

*Please Note: Once a skein is wound it can no longer be returned or exchanged. Please ask for help and do not attempt to use the electric ball winder alone. 

Collect In Store - Buy online and avoid delivery costs by collecting in store. Just select 'collect in store' during checkout. Your order will be packed and waiting for you the the same day (Please allow 4 hours before collecting)
